Deborah Grömling joins

T2Y Capital’s investment team

Munich – 1 September 2025 – T2Y Capital, a financial investor specializing in growth capital with a focus on the energy sector and adjacent industries, has appointed Deborah Grömling as a Managing Director in the investment team. In this role she will identify, evaluate and execute investment opportunities. In addition, she will work with portfolio companies to deliver the T2Y Capital contribution to the respective scale-up plans.

Deborah Grömling has extensive private equity and investment experience from her roles at EQT Partners and Triton Partners. She has played a key role in a number of successful investments in the acquisition, portfolio development and exit phase across various industries.
